Promotional short doc that was produced to commemorate the 40th anniversary of the Women’s Studio Workshop in Rosendale, NY. The studio is home to a number of artists-in-residence, teachers, students and professionals, and the documentary served to tell the story of it’s 30 year history, as well as feature a sampling of the artists who were working over the week of the shoot. The building itself becomes a character in this piece, with scenery that helps project the personality of the women who work there.
